Whole Foods Diet Day Ten

Red means not whole foods
Breakfast hot tea, and Puffed wheat cereal with soy milk
Snack water and an apple
Lunch water, pineapples, and cucumber, daikon and onion in vinegar with dill
Snack water and a cookie
Dinner ice tea and stir fry with onions, garlic, broccoli, corn and peas
Dessert banana chips
