Whole Foods Diet Day nine

I am really enjoying this whole foods thing. I noticed that I lost 3 pounds this week and i think Schwa has lost some too. If you haven't tried this you should. Also, I haven't filled up my trash can yet, usually it is full on Sunday, but its Monday and it hardly has anything in it but fruit flies, we should really compost the waste cuts and I think we would have no trash at all! Today, I rode my bike for a half hour and walked for two hours.

Red means not whole foods
Breakfast hot tea, potatoes and onions with hot sauce and Puffed wheat cereal with soy milk
Snack water and handful of nuts
Lunch water and hot potato, soy bean and cucumber salad ( I added too much miso, so it was way salty)
Snack water and spicy chanuchar
Dinner water and Corn on the cob, quinoa with red onions, garlic, tomatoes and basil (all of the vegetables except the onion were straight from the garden and a local farm YUM)
Dessert frozen whipped pineapples
