Whole Foods Diet Day Eleven

Red means not whole foods
Breakfast hot tea, and Puffed wheat cereal with soy milk
Snack water and an apple
Lunch left over stir fry from last night and a chocolate chip scone (my boss was kind and bought for me, so how could I refuse?)
Snack water and some dreid fruit/mixed nut mix
Dinner ice tea and roasted beets with onions, garlic, carrots, and a side of sauteed beet greens
Dessert whipped frozen pineapples
