A year or so ago my friend was trying the South Beach Diet. She is over 200 pounds and is always talking about losing weight. I usually have trouble keeping weight on so we decided we would switch diets for a week to see if I could gain weight and she could lose weight. For one week we wrote down exactly what we ate everyday. We wrote up our diets and gave them to each other for the following week. I felt terrible eating my friend's diet, she eats an incredible amount of cheese, in fact it was so much cheese that I woke up one night with the taste of chedder in my mouth and had to brush my teeth again. I was tired and just felt bad so I started to cheat on this crazy diet and eat only half of what she told me to. At the end of the week we had our offical weigh in, I had gained half a pound and she had lost 2 pounds on the Amy Diet. There were things from my diet that continues to eat today, I kept nothing from her diet. So, I was thinking that if you are reading this and you happen to be overweight, you might be interested in being on an Amy Diet and try this whole food diet with me. I am not doing 100% whole food but I am 100% meat free. I will post up exactly what I eat. Leave a comment and let me know if you are tying this.
