Whole Foods Diet

I have decided to try a whole foods diet. I have been a vegetarian for about 8 years but I feel like I still eat too many processed foods. My belly is still a little big from being pregnant five months ago. It will be hard to cut out candy and perogies but I am going to try. For sometime, I will keep whole grain pasta and tortilla shells in my diet but I will try to slowly phase them out as well. Occasionally, I watch Christina Cooks and I have one of her cook books to help with some whole food recipes. If any are great or just worth trying, I'll post them here. Also, i am going to ride my bike to work when the weather is good, it should only take 10 or 15 minutes, its such a waste of gas driving there plus I could use the exercise. My current weight is 115 so I am not at all concerned with that.
