Whole Foods Diets day thirteen


Red means not whole foods
Breakfast hot tea, and Puffed wheat cereal with soy milk
Snack water and a peach
Lunch left over 5 Different kinds of rice mix with roasted butternut squash and a kiwi
Snack soy milk, a few handful of pretzels and some dried fruit/mixed nut mix
Dinner water and whole wheat pasta with broccoli
