Whole Food Diet: day two menu

So, this is what I ate today. I was really hungry and made a few bad choices.
Red means not whole food
Breakfast
cup of hot lotus green tea 2 scoops of sugar no cream and an everything bagel with smart balance spread
Snack
water, nectarine, handful of mixed nuts and a handful of banana chips are banana chips whole food?
Lunch
Red potatoes with red onions and a cup of Sprite
Snack
water, a small piece of dark chocolate, and two handfuls of mixed nuts
Dinner
water, roasted beets and carrots with rosemary over Jasmine rice

quick question: im pregnant, so if the diet is not "filling" enough (im eating like a damn elephant), what should i do? double the food?

I am trying to get pregnant right now, so that is something I was just thinking about. Definitly just eat more. When you are pregnant you only need 300 more calories a day, when you are breastfeeding you need 500 more calories so that is even more challenging. I'll blog about that tonight when I post my diet for today.
