Lunch
cucumber and carrots salad (in dill and apple cider vinegar) and kidney beans, black beans and red onions with balsamic vinegar, water
Snack
water, handful of nuts and a handful of banana chips (?)
Snack
free sample of rye bread and a sample of some sugary strawberry cake (I couldn't resist)
Dinner
Pomagranate juice, Lentils, peas and garlic seasoned with honey, cinnamon and lemon juice
