Snack
water, handful of mixed nuts, and a kiwi
Lunch
water, black beans, kidney beans, red onions, and lettuce with hot sauce on a tortilla
Snack
water and a nectarine
Dinner
water and stir-fry (red onions, garlic, daikon, carrots, broccoli, corn and tofu) over jasmine rice
