Skull Purse is Done another hat is on the way

I can't find my camera right now or I'd put a picture up. My skull purse is pretty much finished, I need to add a fastener to the top but the liner is in. I did that with my singer 500a, that is an awesome machine. I put cat scan films along the sides and bottom to sturdy up the post. The singer 500a went through it like it was nothing!What a great free machine. I had a few people over last night to try and crochet some hats, nobody finished one (we are all beginners) so we will be having another hat making night. I guess when I am in my 30's I'll be able to whip out hats in one sitting. I completely messed up the pattern I was following because I confused hdc for dc, then the pattern called for sc but I used hdc because I didn't want to go dc to sc, that would look strange. So, I guess the hat will be done in fewer rows than the pattern instructs. We ended up playing the Garfield Board Game my husband found at a thrift store to sell on EBay. It is such a fun game, hopefully it sells for a lot because I really don't want to let it go.
